Refund Policy

At RMT, we work on custom projects like websites, apps, e-commerce stores, design, and digital marketing. Because every project is tailored to the client, our refund policy is simple:

1. Deposits are non-refundable. Once you confirm a project and pay the deposit, our team starts planning and allocating time for your work. This deposit cannot be refunded.

2. Completed work is non-refundable. Any milestone, task, or stage that has already been finished cannot be refunded, even if you cancel the project afterward.

3. Unstarted work can be refunded. If we haven’t started your project yet, you can get a full refund.

4. No refunds for delays caused by you. If a project is delayed because we’re waiting on your feedback, content, or approvals, that time is still billable.

5. Third-party costs aren’t refundable. Things like domain names, hosting, ad spend, or paid tools/licenses bought on your behalf can’t be refunded.
